Spreading Warmth and Joy This Holiday Season

On December 17, 2025, the 12 Doors Real Estate Team came together with one goal: to bring comfort and cheer to our local seniors during the holidays.

We spent the day collecting donations and packing gift bags for the residents at Astoria Senior Living & Memory Care. Every item was chosen with care, meant to bring both practical support and a little joy.

What Was in Each Gift Bag

We included items to help residents feel comfortable and cared for:

• 🧴 Adult disposable briefs, wipes, toiletries, and lotions

• 🧦 Cozy socks, mittens, and gloves

• 🧣 Warm hats and scarves

• 📚 Books for quiet enjoyment

• 🛋 Soft throw blankets

A Heartfelt Surprise 🎶

Our team also shared a surprise Christmas carol performance, bringing music, laughter, and a festive spirit to the halls. The joy on the residents’ faces reminded us that connection matters most.
